Hi
I install your modul UTJoomstagram on my active site
I create App on FB developers
I have ID app and sekret key
But it is impossible to create TOKEN on fb,  because it is impossible to" Add Instagram Testers" When I try to add 1 Instagram Tester on FB: i have this 
"La funzione di creazione di utenti test è stata temporaneamente disabilitata"
"The test user creation feature has been temporarily disabled"

Please let me know what i tave to do for use your modul correctly on my site.
This is the error on my site: 
WARNING: You need to add a valid token, you must go to the APP settings on Facebook and generate a valid token then paste it in the module configuration.

Hello.
Your information worried us, that's why we have verified if the option to add Instagra testers in the Facebook application is disabled and it continues to work fine, we have not seen the message you mention.
Can you confirm if it is already activated again or if you still have this problem? If you still have the problem, can you give us more details about whether you are selecting Instagram tests or only Testers (facebook)

Hi there
You are not following the documentation of the module, check it and you will see that nowhere do we say to create Facebook test accounts, what the documentation says is to add Instagram Testers and that is done in the Instagram Basic Display section that you see in your screenshot.

The documentation is very out of date. There are new steps and other steps which are different in the latest setup, and obtaining of the token. Fortunately, I did get it worked out and the module displays as hoped for.

However, as I was going through this process, I saw this warning, "The Instagram Basic Display API will be discontinued on December 4th, 2024. After that date, access to the Instagram Basic Display API and your historical usage of it will no longer be available. Download your information now if you'd like to keep it." Does this mean that the module will cease to work on December 4th?

What does "Days To Refresh Token" (BTW, "Refresh" is spelled incorrectly as "Refreh" in the module admin) mean? It defaults to 57 days. Does that mean every 57 days I would need to generate a new token?

Hello Trogladyte.
Normally when they stop the APIs they do it for the creation and then gradually close the access to what has already been created, this means that from December 4th you will no longer be able to create tokens or shared access to Facebook with Instagram through that API, but those already created should work. Although everything depends on the owner, if he wants he can stop everything suddenly.

The explanation is in the description of the field. The tokens are valid for 60 days, after that another token has to be generated manually, to avoid that we created the regeneration of the token before it expires, and it is set to 57 days assuming that your site has daily visits, but if you visit sporadically you can lower that to 27, which means that if your token is 27 days or older it will be regenerated.
