PHP 8.2 problem with all UT templates

i have 2 websites with medico and construction templates. all have Deprecated error when upgrade to php 8.2, any help?

Hi, In the next week we will begin a massive update to support PHP 8.2 and Joomla 5. For now we ask that you please stay on PHP 8.1
