Is it possible to eliminate the Site ,,jumps" or ,,stutters" after load a new site. I don´t know where this stutters came from. Hope for a solution.

Solved! Found the bug in Module "AA Promotion Bar". Template worked perfect!

One thing: Is it possible with template-tool to display an Headerbar like the "AA Promotion Bar" in Modulposition over the header fixed at the top of site? if there was any way a scrolling text would be great

There are no ready tools, although if possible, it all depends on your knowledge of html and css and js, for example you can search for a text scroller in codepen then create a module with the sp pagebuilder module, using the HTML5 addon, in that addon you paste the code copied from codepen, then to that module in the advanced tab in the class field, add the classes fixed-top w-100, then in your custom.css you can add customization for header as you have done with the current one.
