Reto - Call to action in mobile off canvas menu

The mobile visitors of my website uses the offcanvas menu. The visitors uses it all the time for browsing. I need to insert a call to acction or button in that place. Is possible? I assigned a module to the offcanvas position, but is only visible in desktop. Is not showing in mobile. See attachment please.

technically there should be no problem, because the menu that is in the off-road is also a module.
Verify that in your module in the advanced tab that there are no classes: d-none or any classes that hide the module in mobile versions.

If you cannot solve it, please add the url of your page as confidential data in your next post.
