Your url does not work, it is marked as dangerous, and when skipped it redirects to another url that returns DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN, please send us a url that we can access.

Apparently you have created a custom header, and the problem is that the top bar is after the header, this has to be the opposite, I recommend you go to the style of your template, in Helix >> Layout drag the topbar so that it is in first place , then header and following the title.
