I have adjusted the preset for my website but it still wont work please tell me why

The problem is that you have not activated the SCSS to CSS Compilation in the Advanced >> SCSS tab. You have to activate it so that it generates new CSS files with your colors. If you don't see changes after compiling SCSS to CSS, clear your browser's cache or your site's cookie. Remember to disable compilation after you finish setting up your site.
