Hi,

For the Construction template, even though the Joomla 4 Quickstart download is listed, the Joomla 5 Quickstart is only available for download. 
Please send me the Joomla 4 Quickstart download for the Construction template.

We currently do not have a Quickstart for Joomla 4, because we believe that new sites should be started with Joola 5, but if you wish we can create one for Monday.

Since you hadn't confirmed, we thought you were already working with Joomla 5.
But we're starting to create it right now and we'll let you know when it's ready.
