Barbon: How can I make #sp-title sticky?

From what we've read your message, we understand that the reason why you wanted to make #page-titles Sticky is because of the white space between the Header and Page Title, but we haven't been able to find a page with that white space, would you be so kind as to send the exact link? because making a page title Sticky would be bad for the user experience because it would leave less space for them to navigate the page.

I have tested it with the developer tools user agent in Chrome and Firefox, I have also visited it from 3 phones and in none of them do I see the white space you mention, neither when scrolling down nor when stationary. That's a problem with your phone's browser, which drags the element and, since there is no content on top, generates a blank space and then reloads the page. It's not really a problem, because natural scrolling occurs when you have space. What you're showing is the page reload.
