Hi
I have updated a client's website to Joomla 5.2.4 and somehow the front end editing button is disapeard. as a super user i can edit the modules but not the content.
Do you have any idea, how I can solve this?
I use JCE Editor pro, but it doesnt matter if I switch editors. But it matters when I switch templates. With the default Cassiopeia Tempate the article edit-Button is there.
If you need Credentials to login let me know.
I use PHP 8.3.
Best regards, Sarah

Hi there.
You also need to update Helix Ultimate to 2.1.2. If you have already done so and the editing icon is still not showing, please send us your super user login details. You can leave it here as confidential data or send it to the chat following the instructions.

Hi, we have accessed your frontend using the credentials you have provided us and if we see the edit button in the articles, we share the link and the screenshot with you. Remember that your browser may be loading a faulty CSS file from its cache, try clearing the browser cache and the domain cookies (also in the browser) and try to log in again.

Hi, I tried as you suggested, but I don't see the screenshot and I don't see the edit-Button either on the Articles. I tried different Browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge) and cleared all the caches and refreshed it multiple times.
There is only an Edit-Button for Modules but not Articles.
How can I see your Screenshot?
Best regards and thanks

Hello.
We believe that the problem is not on your site but on your computer, what we can do is access your computer through Teamviewer or AnyDesk, if you do not have them installed on your computer install them, then write us to the chat to give you the ID and password, so we can review what you are seeing.
We are in the office from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and then from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM in Peru time.
Regards
